★ In response to the escalating domestic and international pandemic, and to comprehensively enhance the immunity of the public and maintain the overall immune strength of the school, those willing to receive the vaccine on campus are requested to fill out the following form. Those not interested do not need to fill it out.
★ If the number of individuals willing to receive on-campus vaccination reaches 100 or more (inclusive), the school will coordinate with the local health department to arrange for a medical team to administer the COVID-19 vaccine (XBB.1.5) on campus, with brands such as Moderna or Novavax.
