若您希望了解孩子的學習狀況，除了本週六 Open House Day 可與老師面談外，也歡迎您透過學校官網提供的聯絡方式，直接以 email 與任課教師聯繫 (網址：https://reurl.cc/vL2dmL)。

若因個別情況真的需要面對面會談，請您先與任課教師約定時間，並再將會談時間告知 IBSC Admin Team，以便校方知悉。

Dear Parents,

We have recently received questions from parents asking whether there are alternative solutions if the one-on-one meeting slots with subject teachers are already fully booked.

First of all, we sincerely thank you for your concern and active participation in school affairs, and we also understand the difficulties you may encounter.

If you would like to know more about your child’s learning progress, in addition to the opportunity to meet teachers at this Saturday’s Open House Day, you are also welcome to contact subject teachers directly by email through the contact information provided on our school website (https://reurl.cc/vL2dmL).

If, due to special circumstances, a face-to-face meeting is necessary, please first arrange a suitable time with the subject teacher, and then kindly inform the IBSC Admin Team of the confirmed schedule for our record.
