Dear Students,

Due to the construction of Phase 2 of IBSC and Elementary School building and the fencing of the off-campus parking lot, the current parking area for parents will be converted into a construction site starting January 21, 2025. To ensure campus and student safety, adjustments have been made to the traffic flow and drop-off/pick-up procedures. Please refer to Attachment 1: Traffic Flow Adjustments for detailed instructions. Key points are outlined below:

1. For Parent Vehicles (Including Kindergarten):
   • Parent vehicles are not allowed inside the campus.
   • Students should be dropped off quickly along the west gate area or nearby roads (please follow traffic regulations). Suggested drop-off points are shown in Attachment 2: Suggested Drop-off Locations (refer to the color version on the school’s website).
   • Parents and students must use the west gate for drop-off and pick-up. Traffic staff will be available to assist students walking into the campus.
2. For Students Walking to School:
   • Students walking from the Hi-Life convenience store on Keya Road to school may use the east gate.
   • Other walking students should enter and exit via the west gate. For more details, see Attachment 3: Walking Routes.
3. For Students Taking the Bus:
   • All bus pick-ups and drop-offs will take place at the designated off-campus bus parking area.
4. For Staff (Including Kindergarten Staff):
   • Staff vehicles must use the east gate with proper identification. Additional information will be announced internally.

Important Notes:

1. The east gate has restricted entry times. Parent vehicles are not allowed to enter the east gate during school drop-off and pick-up hours. Please avoid these times to prevent traffic congestion or delays in leaving.
2. Parents are encouraged to discuss and plan specific drop-off/pick-up times and locations with their children to minimize waiting time near the school and ease traffic congestion during busy hours.
