Dear Parents and Students,

We are delighted to remind you of our upcoming event following our two successful open speeches on college applications earlier this school year. Although our IBSC unicorns now have the convenience of using the CIALFO platform to access numerous online college admission sessions, we also recognize the invaluable contributions of face-to-face interactions and alumni insights.

Please join us tomorrow from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM as we welcome our distinguished alumnus, Alastor Perng, to share his experiences applying to both domestic and international colleges. Alastor was awarded a full scholarship by the University of Toronto and gained admission to three different departments. Ultimately, he chose to further his studies at National Cheng Kung University. Alastor’s active involvement in debate and student council, along with his recognition as the first student from our school selected for the international debate tournament adjudicator in team of Taiwan and his national debater contribution award last year, highlight his exceptional abilities. He also excelled in several AP exams at IBSC, achieving nearly perfect scores.

Alastor’s exemplary performance, hard work, and communication skills have opened numerous doors in his educational journey, and we are honored to share his success with you. His presentation will specifically address the intricacies of the college application process and preparation for AP exams, tailored for our IBSC students in grades 7 through 12.
