Dear AP Candidates,

We are going to have important AP exams starting from May 4th. We believe that you all have put in lots of effort in preparing for the exams. Here are some reminders for the exams to ensure we are all on the same page. Please read them carefully：

Candidates must bring their passport or other valid identification document and arrive at school approximately 10-15 minutes before the exam. Note：The name on your passport or other valid identification document must exactly match the name you registered with the College Board and used to register for the AP exam. Each exam requires passing identity verification. If the identity verification fails, it will be deemed that the identity document does not meet the requirements and you will be refused to take the AP exam.

For 2026 AP exams, please make sure to bring your own laptop (including the charger and other necessary accessories) and have the Bluebook exam system installed. If headphones or a microphone are needed, please bring your own as well. IBSC does not have enough spare equipment to lend to external candidates.

Remember：no cellphones, smartwatches or any electronic devices are allowed in the testing room.

Exam Location Instructions

Please enter and exit the campus through the IBSC Building gate. You can refer to the following URL for the gate location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/okJ6Nr5meTFGoAjS6

The exam will take place in Room G5 on the 4th Floor (4F). After taking the stairs up, please turn left and walk to the end of the hallway to reach the examination room.
