為響應12月10日「國際人權日」並迎接2026年兩公約第四次國家報告國際審查，法務部法制司於11月11日至12月10日舉辦「人權影展月」。法務部強調人權應被生活化實踐，而非僅限於文字。本次影展以「人權無國界—經典再呈獻」為主題，聚焦兩公約、轉型正義、性別平權、兒少及身障權利、反種族歧視等議題，並精選12部具教育意義之國內外人權影片，開放各級機關、學校及非營利組織申請單次公播，以寓教於樂方式推廣人權觀念。

本校因選修課「Mapping Dignity」將探討國際人道法與台灣戒嚴時期人權，特此申請公播經典電影「超級大國民」，並將於映前進行簡短說明。

To mark “International Human Rights Day” (December 10th) and anticipate the 2026 international review of the two Covenants, the Department of Legal System, Ministry of Justice, is hosting a “Human Rights Film Festival Month” from November 11th to December 10th. The Ministry emphasizes that human rights should be integrated into daily life, not merely confined to text. This film festival, themed “Human Rights Without Borders – Classic Re-presentations,” focuses on core issues such as the two Covenants, transitional justice, gender equality, the rights of children and persons with disabilities, and anti-racial discrimination. It features 12 educational human rights films from various countries, available for single public screenings by government agencies, schools, and non-profit organizations to promote human rights concepts through edutainment.

Our institution, whose “Mapping Dignity” elective course will soon delve into international humanitarian law and human rights during Taiwan’s Martial Law era, is applying to publicly screen the classic film “A Borrowed Life (Also named as Super Citizen Ko),” which will be preceded by a brief introduction.

All faculty and students are encouraged to attend. Those interested should complete the registration form by November 28th.
