It’s our honor to invite you to participate the Open House Day (Sep. 20th) in IBSC for the 114-1 semester.

Please see the following timetable and complete the registration form before 5 p.m., Sep. 18th (Thursday). In addition, for the appointment with subject teachers, please remember to register to the excel document.

8:30 – 9:00 a.m. Homeroom Teachers Session – G1-G12 Classrooms

9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Non-arts-and-skills Subject Teachers 1 on 1 Meeting – Respective Classrooms

10:30 – 10:50 a.m. Non AP Electives Presentation – Respective Classrooms

11:00 – 11:15 a.m. Arts-and-skills Subject Teachers Presentation – International Conference Hall

11:15 – 11:30 a.m. Counseling and College Guidance Presentation – International Conference Hall

11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Admin Announcement – International Conference Hall

Please note:
(1) This Open House Day’s 1-on-1 meetings will mainly focus on discussing students’ learning progress with Non-Arts-and-Skills Subject Teachers. Lesson plans explanations for Arts-and-Skills Subjects (Music, Arts, PE, and Guidance) will be presented together during the presentation session from 11:00 – 11:15 a.m.

(2) We will announce the transportation information as soon as possible based on the estimated number of participants.

(3) We will also be releasing the lesson plans of the subject teachers soon, so that parents can understand the teachers’ teaching progress, methods, and grading criteria before attending Open House Day.
