Dear Parents,
It’s time to choose after-school clubs!
Please note the following:
1. All clubs are free, but our teachers’ dedication is priceless! Once you sign up, please do not miss classes casually. If you need to take a leave, kindly inform your club teacher and the Student Activity Section Chief, Ms. Lynn Lee, at least three days in advance via mails.
2. This semester, the school library will not be available for students to wait before 4:00 p.m. If your child does not join a club, please pick them up on time at dismissal.
3. Please make sure your child’s grade level matches the club requirements.
4. Clubs will begin in Week 1 (Sept. 1) and end in Week 19 (Jan. 9).

Please complete the form by August 27, 5:00 p.m. for our arrangement. The final club assignments will be shared with homeroom teachers on August 29, so please stay tuned.

親愛的家長您好：
課後社團選填開始囉！請留意以下事項：
- 本校所有課後社團皆為免費，但老師們的付出與心力非常珍貴。請家長協助提醒孩子，一旦報名就不要隨意缺課。如需請假，請務必提前三日以電子郵件通知該社團老師及學生活動組長李珮琳老師。
- 本學期學校圖書館將不開放供學生於下午五點前等候接送，若孩子未參加課後社團，請家長準時於放學時間接回。
- 請確認孩子的年級符合所選社團的報名資格。
- 課後社團將於第一週（9月1日）開始，至第十九週（1月9日）結束。
