- The competition will be held as follows: (1) Southern Region Preliminary: October-November 113, venue: Kaohsiung Municipal Sports Center (2) Central Region Preliminary: November 113, venue: National Taiwan Ocean University Keelung Campus Gymnasium (3) Northern Region Preliminary: December 113, venue: Taipei Municipal Zhongzheng Senior High School (4) National Finals (1): December 113, venue: Taipei Gymnasium (5) National Finals (2): February-March 114, venue: Kaohsiung Municipal Sports Center (6) National Finals (3): March-April 114, venue: Kaohsiung Municipal Sports Center
- Detailed schedules and competition locations will be announced separately after the registration deadline.
Registration
Registration for this year’s competition will be conducted according to the following regulations:
I.Registration period:
(1) Online registration opens at 2:30 PM on September 26, 113 (Tuesday).

(3) Team composition: Each team consists of 1 team leader, 1 coach, 1 assistant coach, 1 team physician (or physical therapist), and 16 players (including substitutes).
(4) Registration method:

Please complete the online registration process as required.
After completing the online registration, please do not make any changes.
After registration, the team leader should check if the information is correct. If there are any errors, please contact the person in charge immediately.
The registration form must be printed, signed, and stamped by the principal (or the person in charge of the administrative division for continuing education programs), and mailed within 3 working days.

The registration form and player photos must be uploaded in the specified format. Schools are responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. After submitting the registration, please download the “Player and Staff Identity Verification Form” (Attachment 1), print it out, and have it signed and stamped by the principal. Scan the form and save it as a PDF file, then upload it to the registration system. (The file name should be in the format: Competition Group_School Name_Verification Form.pdf)
Important notes for registering team members:
(1) When registering, please provide complete and accurate information including Chinese name, English name (same as passport), date of birth, personal ID number, blood type, height, weight, phone number, email, address, and emergency contact information. This information will be used for pre-competition preparation, onsite management, and emergency contacts. Please use it carefully and do not disclose it to others.
(2) This competition is insured. Please provide accurate personal information to facilitate insurance coverage and claims. The organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
(5) Player eligibility review:
- Players who do not meet the qualification requirements or whose identities cannot be verified will not be allowed to participate and their registration will be cancelled.
- If there are doubts about a player’s qualifications during the competition, the team leader should file a protest with the arbitration committee within one hour after the end of the match. The protesting team must provide concrete evidence, and the arbitration committee will make a ruling.
- The arbitration committee has the right to request relevant documents from the parties involved at any time.
(6) Coaches’ qualifications:
- Coaches for the 113 Academic Year High School and Junior High School Futsal (5-player) Competition must have completed training and obtained certificates for both general sports coaching and futsal coaching theory and practice (Level C or above).
- Coaches for the 113 Academic Year Elementary School Futsal (5-player) Competition must have completed the Chinese Taipei Football Association’s futsal coaching seminar (https://www.ctfa.com.tw) or the sports administration’s educational training website (https://elearning.ctda.org.tw/tc_0.aspx).
- All of the above certificates must be uploaded during the registration process.
II. Team leader responsibilities:
(1) Serve as the school’s legal representative, responsible for guidance, management, etc. (Each school should assign a full-time faculty member to be responsible).
(2) Attend team leader meetings and drawing lots.
(3) Participate in awards ceremonies.
(4) Responsible for team discipline and order, appointed by the school principal.
(5) Other competition-related matters.
