Dear all IBSC parents,
Due to the location distribution, some programs and clubs are still under discussion. Therefore, we decide to divide after-school program registration into 2 phases. This announcement concerns the first phase.
The first semester for the IBSC after-school program registration first phase is now officially opened. Please read the reminders and then fill in the activity that you would want to sign up for your kids.
The deadline for the registration is 12:00pm 8/29(Thursday), please take some time and finish the application soon.
The second phase, which involves a Google Form, is optional. You only need to complete it if you want to:
1.Change your selected programs
2.Cancel your selected programs
3.Add new programs(including those programs in the first phase)
If you don’t need to make any changes, you do not need to fill out the second phase form.
The starting week for every program will be the second week of the school (9/2~9/6). The final week of the afterschool program will be week 20 (1/6~1/10).
If you wish to change your selected programs after the semester begins, you can apply for a club transfer in week 3. The deadline for submitting transfer applications is 12:00 pm 9/13 (Friday).
