Dear all parents,

As you may already seen from your kid(s)’ google classroom, only G7, G9, and G10 students have to return to school for physical exam tomorrow (6.29). As for G1-G6, G8 and G11,students have to remain regular class schedule. The physical exam timetable is as attached.

Students will have to measure temperature when they arrive at the school. Students that have fever will be asked to receive paper exam in separated classroom. Students must wear masks all the time, and sit according to the seat chart.

In addition, the schedule for G1-G11 on June 30th is as follows –

G1-G6

8:10-9:00 online homeroom hour (Students are dismissed after this period)

G7-G11

8:10-9:00 homeroom hour in school

9:00-9:50 cleaning and change classroom

9:50-10:00 closing ceremony ( students are dismissed after it)

• students may still come back to school to pick up their personal belongings. However, please register to either admin office or homeroom teachers first. Also, parents are not allowed to enter the campus due to the pandemic situation.
